The Five Finger Discount
So I had a 13yr old male shoplifters today. The worst part is he stole girl T's.
We caught one of them who gave up the others info with a little fear instilled.
After ringing on a couple door bells and no luck, lo and behold there's the rugrat
walking his dogs. The look of fear all over and the march of shame to see his mom.
"i can't belive it" (no parent ever can.) Restitution paid, product back!
Well either he'll never do it again, or he'll get better.
I'm watching!!
The Fucking Flu!!!
In 1918 we experienced the worst flu pandemic ever
killing 50 million people worldwide and an estimated 675,000 Americans.
Most dieing within 24 hrs.
The effect of the influenza epidemic was so severe that the
average life span in the US was depressed by 10 years.
Sure we have better health care and better technology but does influenza
have a better strain. From the world's experience, history will repeat itself.
Maybe not now, but then its only a matter of when.
